The same companies who often pay actors and crew on their payroll extraordinarily high incomes. Therefore, I feel that the Casting Agencies and Calling Services should make more money from the productions, and never charge their product (The Background Actors) a penny for being their product. It's disgraceful to charge someone money to obtain minimum wage work for greedy productions who pay others a lot of money.
